In order to reach the constantly rising level of such requirements, a continuous enhancement of all the processes within our organization is called for. For this reason, we pay special attention to our internal customer and supplier relationships.

Since we relate quality not only to products but also to operational procedures, information flows and manners of conduct, it becomes clear that every single employee is responsible for quality. As a result, there is nothing that goes on in our company that does not have quality as a prime objective.
The protection of the environment also has a close connection to quality. For our employees, it means the obligation to realize production and all associated processes in such a way that the resources deployed are used sparingly and the resulting impact on the environment is minimized.

Methods of error avoidance and elimination
In order to prevent and avoid errors during day-to-day work, we have introduced an internal error avoidance process. By gathering and implementing experience, ideas and objectives to avoid errors, by evaluating the results and by elaborating measures for further improvement, we are able to ensure the quality standard of our products and services.
The SCHLOTE GROUP error elimination process
Should errors or defects nevertheless occur, we describe and analyze them, identify causes and solutions, try out proven solution approaches, and implement them where appropriate. Subsequently, we evaluate the measures deployed in terms of their effectiveness once again.
