As an affiliation of modern production companies, the SCHLOTE GROUP has two recognized training centers and performs training for its own requirements in line with the regulations for vocational training.



Our training efforts are an essential component of our modern personnel policy. To promote this training and to permanently develop it further is a declared objective of our top management. We set standards! Our training is a vital part of our vision of the future.

We back young people and invest in them. For example, we have multiplied our training places during the last 5 years.

Technical professional training takes place at our location in Wernigerode. Commercial professions can be learned at our headquarters in Harsum.

Why is professional training so important to us?

By conducting permanent and demanding training within the SCHLOTE GROUP, our objective is to counteract the shortage of skilled specialists and the process of demographic change at an early stage.

Our technical apprentices undergo excellent training at our central teaching workshop. The commercial trainees are trained in all the central functions of a modern company.

The practical training offers solid specialist knowledge in conjunction with diverse and varied tasks at a successful supplier of components for the auto industry. Deployed at modern tool machines and in key administrative areas, our trainees and apprentices learn their trained occupation and are then optimally prepared for their further professional career within the SCHLOTE GROUP.

In addition to fostering solid skills and proficiencies, the promotion of teamwork abilities, self-reliance and personal responsibility in the solution of the tasks assigned is particularly important to us during the training.
