PROTOTYPES AND PILOT PRODUCTION

| Single-part and small-series production is a decisive requirement with high demands within the product creation process. For the practical test before the construction of the series-production tool, we provide prototypes and near-series small batches of the subsequent series-production products. The Schlote FormTec GmbH manufactures both components for the fixtures and single parts, prototypes and wear parts on modern CNC machining centers.  For the production, NC programs are generated for the manufacture with a CAM system. Alternatively, the CAD data provided by our customers can also be imported and processed.  According to these data, the workpiece is then produced with modern 2D and 3D milling machines. |
 Maintaining high quality standards, we carry out production with multilateral machining on 5 axes and with CNC turning and die-sinking EDM.  |
