DEVELOPMENT / ENGINEERING DESIGN

Our development section is concerned with process and product development.

The engineering design and construction team at Schlote FormTec GmbH works on the development of hydraulic and manual clamping equipment. In the process, we deploy the 3D CAD system Solidworks on several workplaces. With a standard-part library, assemblies are fabricated in a very short time.

We use the database DBWorks for the administration of the assemblies, models and drawings.

The data created with Solidworks are taken up by the programming systems SURFCAM and FeatureCAM to produce programs. 2D and 3D NC programs are created here. The postprocessors created by the company SYSCAM are optimally adapted to 3- and 5-axis milling on DMG machines.

Development/design, die-casting mold
Schlote GmbH Rathenow designs molds according to customer specifications from 3D models, drawings or data sets.

All construction designers in the Schlote Group work with modern CAD systems, whereby CAM prototyping is possible in the companies.

Through the close communication with the series production companies, the results are constantly reflected on. This approach has improved the processes involved for several years now and therefore guarantees success.
